THE STORY
Born
in 1971, Professione Allevatore (11 issues per year) is a technical
monthly for dairy cow breeders that, year after year, has gained an
universally acknowledged status of reliability, skillness and
independence of view in the field of technical journals.
At the
beginning and for more than thirty years, Professione Allevatore was
involved in all the sectors of breeding. Later it was decided “to
split” the journal, in order to better follow every fields: dairy, pigs
and poultry. This way other two brothers journals were born:
Professione Suinicoltore, monthly for pig breeders, and Professione
Avicunicoltore, bi-monthly for poultry and rabbit breeders.
INSIDE THE JOURNALS
The
key points of Professione Allevatore, Professione Suinicoltore and
Professione Avicunicoltore are the same: reportages inside the better
farms, which look into the management of the best breeders to catch
their secrets; news; interviews; columns, analyses in depth. Always in
the heart of the matter, all is given to readers with an intriguing
style and a fresh graphic, in order to give - in the best and easy way
- all the readers need to know.
OTHER ISSUES
In
2004 we started editing technical pocketbooks, which follow the same
philosophy of the magazines, in the field of dairy, pig and poultry
work.
Last but not least, Professione Allevatore and Professione
Suinicoltore became a daily free press at every edition of the more
important Italian dairy and pig fairs (Fiera Internazionale del Bovino
da latte and Rassegna Suinicola Internazionale) covering day by day the
events, in the heart of the event.
